Private one to one sound healing massage therapies provide a much more personal, individually tailored experience as the highest quality Tibetan sound therapy bowls are placed directly onto the body, helping to stimulate brainwaves relating to meditation, sleep and a dream like state as well as creativity and intuition. Sound healing helps to bring balance to the energy centres, otherwise known as the chakras and personal sound healing massage works deeply into the body, targeting specific areas for healing and stimulating cells in your body.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a holistic appointment, please email brittlee@sunwoodselfcare.com. A minimum of 24 hours notice must be given to receive a full refund of your deposit. Rescheduling or cancellation within 24 hours of an appointment will incur the full deposit charge, therefore the deposit will not be refunded. To cancel or reschedule a term of yoga classes, please email brittlee@sunwoodselfcare.com. Once the term has started, you cannot cancel or reschedule. A minimum of 72 hours must be given to cancel a term of yoga classes. If you are unable to give 72 hours notice, you may reschedule and attend the term at a later stage, within the same year, however, a minimum of 24 hours notice must be given in order to reschedule.
