BOOK A CONSULTATION, YOGA CLASS, HOLISTIC THERAPY OR EVENT

YOGA:

All yoga classes are held as terms and booked as a course of classes, however, there is flexibility within the term, and classes can be made up within the same term, if you miss the class you are registered for.

You will need to register for a particular class for the entire term and give the required notice when you cannot attend your registered class, which is a minimum of one hour.

​HOLISTIC THERAPIES:

Please note that I am based in Clarenbridge on Friday and Monday. I am based in Williamstown on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. All holistic therapies require a deposit to be paid online at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due at the appointment. Please refer to the cancellation policy, provided during the booking process, for terms and conditions.

Weekend appointments for private yoga or holistic services are available by request only. Please email brittlee@sunwoodselfcare.com for weekend availability.
